    Job Description

    Eduvos is seeking two Higher Education Consultants for its Bloemfontein campus.

    The role focuses on:

    • Student recruitment
    • Educational consulting
    • Sales and enrolment conversion
    • Customer relationship management
    • Supporting prospective students throughout the application and registration journey

    The successful candidate will work within the Sales Department and report to the Sales Manager.

    Main Responsibilities

    Lead Management and Student Recruitment

    The Higher Education Consultant will:

    • Handle school and digital sales leads
    • Qualify transfer calls
    • Contact prospective students
    • Convert enquiries into applications and enrolments

    Sales and Enrolment Activities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Conducting:
      • Calls
      • Interviews
      • Student consultations
      • Recruitment events
    • Supporting students through the application process
    • Improving application-to-enrolment conversion rates
    • Achieving sales and enrolment targets

    Customer Relationship Management

    The successful candidate will:

    • Build relationships with prospective students
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Support student decision-making
    • Nurture applicants until registration is completed

    Systems and Reporting

    The role also includes:

    • Using institutional systems effectively
    • Tracking:
      • Sales targets

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications

    Applicants must have:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in fields such as:
      • Commerce
      • Education
      • Social Sciences
      • Marketing

    Experience

    Candidates should have:

    • At least 2 years sales experience with a proven track record
    • Minimum 2 years customer relationship/account management experience

    Advantageous experience includes:

    • Higher education sector experience
    • Teaching experience (2 years preferred)

    Additional Requirements

    • Be able to travel locally
    • Have a valid driver’s license
    • Have own reliable transport
