     Key Responsibilities

     Strategic HR Business Partnering

    • Work directly with senior management
    • Align people strategy with business goals
    • Provide expert HR advice and solutions

     Data & Workforce Insights

    • Analyse HR metrics like:
      • Headcount
      • Overtime
      • Training spend
    • Use data & analytics to guide decisions
    • Identify risks and propose solutions

     Change Management & Organisational Design

    • Support organisational restructuring
    • Lead change initiatives
    • Help teams adapt to new strategies

     Workforce Planning & Budgeting

    • Collaborate with finance & operations
    • Ensure workforce plans align with budget
    • Monitor staffing costs

     People Experience & Culture

    • Improve employee experience
    • Support performance and engagement
    • Deliver on the company’s People Promise

     Minimum Requirements

    •  Degree in:
      • Human Resource Management
      • Behavioural Science
      • Social Science
    • 5–7 years HR experience
    •  Experience in:
      • HR Business Partnering (preferred)
      • Large / multinational organisations
      • Working with senior leaders
