Job Overview
Adendorff is seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales Consultant for its Bloemfontein branch.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales in tools, spares, and machinery, with strong product knowledge and the ability to drive branch sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to Automotive, Engineering, Tools & Machinery, Hardware, or Retail Branch environments.
Main Responsibilities

Generate sales to meet branch strategic growth targets.

Maintain proper stock level control and inventory accuracy.

Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company standards.

Perform administrative and managerial branch duties.

Supervise staff where required.

Follow branch procedures and operational instructions.

Promote and maintain a positive company image.

Maintain housekeeping standards within the branch.

Minimum Requirements

Senior Certificate (Matric).

Own vehicle (essential).

Previous experience in retail sales (Associate level).
