Job Description
Fidelity Cash Solutions is seeking an organised and reliable Admin Assistant to support the administrative functions of its CIT branch in Sasolburg.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the Branch Manager and assist with document management, recruitment administration, client enquiries, vehicle and billing information, stock and consumables, access control and other daily office functions. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining an effective filing and document-management system, including archiving.
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
- Assisting the recruitment department with new-hire onboarding.
- Preparing onboarding documentation and coordinating orientation agendas.
- Contacting and following up with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Handling internal and external enquiries.
- Taking and preparing meeting minutes.
- Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager.
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly deadlines for emails, worksheets and templates.
- Processing daily dedicated-vehicle data.
- Processing monthly hours and kilometres for billing purposes.
- Processing and printing monthly client code lists and details.
- Managing branch consumables and stock distribution.
- Administering the Fidelity Access Control System, including requests, authorisations, enrolments and scanning.
- Ordering uniforms, beverages, cleaning products, stationery and ID cards.
- Performing general ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Matric certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Clear criminal record.
- Background in Administration or Office Management will be advantageous.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Own transport will be advantageous.
