Job Purpose
The role provides administrative and clerical support within the legal framework of the court, assisting the Regional Court President, Chief Magistrate, and Regional Registrar.
This position supports case management, legal research, and general administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Optional advantage: National Diploma/Degree in Law (NQF 6, 360 credits)
No prior experience required
Pre-entry practical assessment required for shortlisted candidates

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Conduct legal research for Regional Court President/Chief Magistrate
Compile statistics and assist with case flow management
Assist Regional Registrar and members of the public
Provide general administrative support as requested by the supervisor
Work Environment & Expectations
Office-based in a judiciary administrative environment
Supportive role assisting senior court officials
Requires attention to detail and basic understanding of legal processes
