Purpose of the Position
To drive short-term insurance sales through dealership-generated leads while maintaining strong relationships with dealership partners. The consultant is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, conducting client needs analyses, and generating referral business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Conversion

Sell short-term insurance products using leads generated by partnering dealerships.

Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify customer insurance requirements.

Convert leads into policies while achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs.

Proactively generate referral sales by going the extra mile for clients.
2. Relationship Management

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing dealership partners.

Develop new dealership relationships to expand the sales network.

Provide excellent service and support to dealership staff and potential clients.
3. Business Development

Identify new opportunities within the dealership environment.

Promote King Price values, brand, and product offerings when engaging with partners or clients.
Requirements

Own reliable transport (non-negotiable).

Willingness to travel frequently and sleep out when required.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Ability to operate independently without constant supervision.

Multilingual abilities (advantageous).
