Job Purpose
The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating an engaging shopping experience for customers. The role supports store operations while promoting the Old Khaki brand and lifestyle.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales
- Provide excellent customer service using customer-selling techniques.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Exceed customer expectations during every interaction.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
Sales Growth
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and turnover.

Stock Control

Visual Merchandising and Housekeeping

Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience.
