Key Responsibilities
As a Floor Supervisor, you will:
- Support the store management team with daily store operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve excellent performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a customer-focused shopping experience.
- Drive store performance by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, turnover, customer rewards, new accounts, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage merchandise displays and ensure visual merchandising principles are maintained.
- Allocate tasks effectively and manage multiple priorities.
- Monitor operational excellence and ensure company standards are consistently met.
- Assist in achieving business objectives through effective sales planning and execution.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of store leadership or supervisory experience.
