    Objective

    To supply and deliver compliant first aid boxes and first aid consumables to MAP Water sites, ensuring adherence to South African occupational health and safety legislation and ISO standards.

    All items must be new, sealed (where applicable), compliant, and fit for occupational use.

    Scope of Work

    The scope includes:

    • Supply and delivery of fully equipped first aid boxes

    • Supply of first aid consumables

    • Replacement of expired or non-compliant items (where applicable)

    • Delivery across multiple MAP Water sites

    • Advance communication for any partial deliveries

    Indicative Consumables

    • Antiseptic solutions / wound cleaners

    • Sterile swabs

    • Cotton wool

    • Forceps

    • Scissors

    • Bandages

    • Disposable gloves

    • CPR mouthpieces

    • Dressings and related safety materials

    Technical Requirements

    Product Condition

    • New and unused

    • Individually sealed where applicable

    • Clearly labelled with expiry dates

    • Minimum 12 months remaining shelf life at time of delivery

    Compliance

    • Must comply with South African Occupational Health and Safety legislation

    • Must align with ISO 45001:2018, particularly clauses relating to:

      • Resources

      • Operational control

      • Emergency preparedness

    Packaging & Logistics

    • Proper packaging to prevent contamination or damage

    • Ability to manage multi-site delivery

    • Tax compliance certificate
