Minimum Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse
9 years of appropriate nursing experience after registration with SANC
At least 4 years of this experience must be at management level
Current registration with SANC
Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate Primary Health Care (PHC) performance aligned with public health indicators

Coordinate and evaluate the implementation of PHC services and programs
Analyze health data, develop nursing guidelines, practices, and procedures
Manage human resources, finances, and physical assets
Oversee performance information systems
