Job Purpose
The Cosmetics Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling cosmetic and beauty products while delivering exceptional customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining attractive displays, managing stock, and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Minimum Requirements
Essential
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Retail experience as a Sales Consultant.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness and ability to work retail hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
- Escalate unresolved customer complaints to management.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Sales and Promotions
- Promote cosmetics, fragrances, and beauty products.
- Conduct makeovers and product demonstrations.
- Participate in spray promotions and beauty events.
- Achieve department, brand, and vendor sales targets.
- Increase store revenue through effective selling techniques.
Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels according to company procedures.
