Job Overview
Santam is seeking a Client Engagement Adviser to join its Client Solutions team in Bloemfontein.
The successful candidate will provide professional, efficient and client-focused service in a call centre environment, while meeting agreed targets for quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture client information on the relevant systems.
- Process and execute client requests within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Complete administrative tasks according to required standards and turnaround times.
- Engage with clients using a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ensure client requests are accurately completed and follow up on outstanding queries.
- Resolve client queries within agreed service level agreements.
- Provide professional and efficient service through telephone and written correspondence.
- Ensure client service-level agreements are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage time effectively to meet productivity requirements.
- Consistently achieve agreed productivity targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- NQF Level 4 qualification in Short-Term Insurance.
- 5–7 years’ customer service experience, preferably within the short-term insurance industry.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
Advantageous
- Regulatory Examination (RE5).

Probation and Training
The position includes a three-month probationary period, consisting of:
