    Hollywoodbets is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader (Mobile) to drive growth in mobile betting services in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will lead a sales team, manage marketing campaigns, analyze financial data, and ensure achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid understanding of mobile and internet betting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team to achieve mobile betting growth targets

    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, manage costs, and increase revenue

    • Collaborate with Area Managers on marketing campaigns and promotions

    • Facilitate daily promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are well maintained

    • Manage stock levels and report daily usage

    • Conduct market analysis and suggest improvements

    • Recruit, interview, and manage sales agents, including performance reviews and HR functions

    • Oversee attendance, leave, and absenteeism within the team

    • Organize continuous training on betting products and procedures

    • Ensure proper cash-up processes and report shortages promptly

    • Maintain Booster vehicles in good condition and manage weekly inspections

    • Submit daily reports and perform any related duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 12 months leadership experience

    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

    • Strong communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher distribution

    • Post-matric qualification is a bonus
