Hollywoodbets is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader (Mobile) to drive growth in mobile betting services in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will lead a sales team, manage marketing campaigns, analyze financial data, and ensure achievement of sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid understanding of mobile and internet betting.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team to achieve mobile betting growth targets
Analyze financial data to identify trends, manage costs, and increase revenue
Collaborate with Area Managers on marketing campaigns and promotions
Facilitate daily promotional activities and ensure marketing materials are well maintained
Manage stock levels and report daily usage
Conduct market analysis and suggest improvements
Recruit, interview, and manage sales agents, including performance reviews and HR functions
Oversee attendance, leave, and absenteeism within the team
Organize continuous training on betting products and procedures
Ensure proper cash-up processes and report shortages promptly
Maintain Booster vehicles in good condition and manage weekly inspections
Submit daily reports and perform any related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 12 months leadership experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license
Understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher distribution
Post-matric qualification is a bonus
