Job Overview:
The Experience Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the placement of students in schools for school-based integrated learning across various education qualifications. The role involves building partnerships with schools, preparing and supporting students during their practice, coordinating supervisors, and ensuring all administrative and compliance processes related to placements are completed effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and the Department of Education to facilitate student placements.
- Coordinate school visitation schedules and assess schools for partnership suitability.
- Organise and manage student placements and maintain placement records.
- Conduct workshops to prepare students for professional conduct and expectations.
- Monitor students’ progress during placements and provide necessary support.
- Recruit, onboard, and train experience supervisors or mentors.
- Ensure students complete assessments and submit required documentation.
- Compile reports on status and address any issues related to student placements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education (NQF Level 7) – Minimum requirement.

Honours Degree in Education (NQF Level 8) – Advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training or development processes.
- At least 1 year of coordination experience.

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle required.
