Tender Overview
Legal Aid South Africa invites suitably qualified contractors with a CIDB grading of 1GB or higher to provide electrical and building maintenance services at their Welkom office.
The objective of this tender is to ensure that the Legal Aid facilities are properly maintained, safe, and operational through routine inspections, repairs, and general maintenance activities.
The appointed contractor will be responsible for maintaining both electrical systems and general building infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
Tender Description
- The successful bidder will provide comprehensive maintenance services, which may include:
- Electrical Maintenance

Repairs to lighting, plugs, switches, and distribution boards
