Key Responsibilities
As a Specialist Technician – Service, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing on vehicles and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and technical faults accurately.
- Carry out repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards.
- Recommend appropriate repair solutions and prepare repair estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair progress and ongoing maintenance recommendations.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Qualification as an Automotive Technician.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a service technician role.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment when required.
