Objective:
Repair rear walls of private houses at Gelukwaarts and improve stormwater management by erecting a concrete inlet and applying concrete to the stormwater channel, ensuring structural integrity and effective drainage.
Scope of Work
- Repairing Rear Walls:
- Private houses at addresses 558, 559, 560, and 561 Gelukwaarts
- Using bricks, double, cement type
- Stormwater Channel Improvements:
- Construct a concrete inlet: 16m (L) × 3m (B) × 0.01m (D)
- Apply concrete to stormwater channel: 55m (L) × 2m (B) × 0.01m (D)
Technical Requirements
- Use cement-type bricks for wall repairs
- Construct concrete inlet and channel as per specified dimensions
- Comply with tender specifications, standards, and quality control measures
- Provide evidence of prior work demonstrating capability and compliance
Skills & Competence Required
- Proven experience in brickwork, concrete construction, and stormwater infrastructure
- Knowledge of construction safety, quality assurance, and technical specifications
- Availability of qualified personnel: masons, concrete specialists, site supervisors
- CIDB registration of 1GB or higher
- Ability to deliver on time and meet quality standards
- Submission of reference letters, appointment letters, or completion certificates for similar works
