Job Purpose / Overview:
The Roaming Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and solution-oriented vehicle sales. This role involves extensive travel to meet customer needs, present tailored vehicle options, and manage the complete sales process from initial engagement to vehicle delivery. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, close sales, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers professionally.

Identify customer needs and present suitable vehicle options.

Coordinate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Business Manager for finance applications and value-added products (VAPS).

Complete Offers to Purchase, collect documentation, and submit for approval.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
-
Schedule and manage vehicle delivery, ensuring fitments and documentation are complete.

Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and handle customer complaints promptly.

Maintain showroom standards, including cleanliness, stock presentation, and accurate pricing.

Register vehicles, obtain license plates, and process trade-ins.

Submit daily activity sheets and weekly progress reports.

Attend monthly and quarterly sales meetings and training sessions.

Respond to leads within one hour and queries within the same day.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Matric / Grade 12.

Code 08 or 10 Driver’s License.

Minimum 2 years work experience; prior vehicle sales experience preferred.
Advantageous Qualifications / Skills:

Sales courses or certificates.

Experience influencing and presenting to Senior Management.

Experience with fleet rollouts.
