Job Summary
Matjhabeng Local Municipality aims to establish a panel of suppliers for the supply and delivery of mechanical parts required for:

Wastewater Treatment Plants
The contract period is 36 months (3 years) and supplies will be requested on an as-and-when-required basis.
This is a re-advertised tender, indicating the municipality is reopening the tender to expand supplier participation and ensure continuity of supply.
Objectives
The main objectives of this tender are:
- Establish a reliable panel of mechanical parts suppliers
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of pump stations and wastewater plants
- Improve response time for parts replacement and maintenance

Scope of Work
1. Supply of Mechanical Parts
Suppliers must be able to supply mechanical parts such as:

Pump bearings and seals

Shaft couplings

Mechanical seals

Impellers
-
Valves and actuators
-
Gearboxes
-
Flanges and pipe fittings
-
Motors and pump components
-
Other mechanical parts used in pump stations and wastewater plants
2. Delivery

Supplies must be delivered on as-and-when-required basis

Deliveries must be made to relevant pump stations and wastewater treatment plants within Matjhabeng

Suppliers must ensure safe transport and proper handling of mechanical parts
3. Panel Supplier Arrangement
