Introduction
Flash is seeking a Mobile Unit Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Mobile SIM Agents across the Free State. The role requires driving SIM activation projects, ensuring targets are met, and overseeing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Mobile SIM Agents and manage daily field activities.

Recruit, train, and expand the team of Mobile Agents.

Ensure agents meet daily and monthly SIM activation targets.

Manage stock distribution efficiently to agents.

Ensure all Mobile Agents are tracked on Geo Rep.

Maintain company vehicle and personal PDP license.
-
Execute network campaigns and ADHOC projects.

Drive regional project plans aligned with SIM strategy.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric.

Valid driver’s license with PDP.

Ability to travel extensively.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and able to work independently with extended hours.
