Tender Overview
SANParks is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers for the maintenance of electric stoves, gas stoves, gas stove heating components, and other gas equipment at Golden Gate Highlands National Park.
The panel will provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, and servicing of kitchen and chalet appliances to ensure safe, functional, and reliable equipment across the park’s facilities over a period of three years.
Tender Description
The appointed panel members will be responsible for:
Equipment Maintenance & Repairs

Electric stoves and ovens
-
Gas stoves and burners
-
Gas heating components
-
Gas grill units and fryers
-
Other gas-related kitchen equipment
Service Frequency
-
Quarterly servicing of all listed equipment

Reactive repairs as needed
-
Regular maintenance to ensure equipment safety and performance

Chalets and accommodation units within Golden Gate Highlands National Park

Technical Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate:

Ability to service and repair specified brands and models (e.g., Anuil, Piron, Defy, Wilgenhof, etc.)

Adherence to SANParks specifications and safety standards

Proof of experience through reference letters (at least 2 years of relevant experience in the last 2 years)

Compliance with documentation and technical requirements in the tender

Capacity to service equipment on a quarterly basis and respond to breakdowns
Skills & Experience Requirements
The successful bidders must have:
