Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver online lectures and facilitate student engagement in line with module pacers.

Manage academic resources, including preparation and updating of materials.

Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) while providing timely feedback to students.

Prepare assessments in consultation with the Central Academic Team and support students throughout the assessment process.

Identify and assist at-risk students through proactive engagement.

Monitor student participation and escalate challenges when necessary.

Participate in academic meetings and institutional initiatives.

Analyse module performance, reflect on teaching effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

Complete professional development activities annually to enhance teaching practice and academic growth.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field with specialisation in Business Management (or closely related discipline).

2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

1–3 years relevant industry experience (advantageous).

Qualification one NQF level higher than the module being taught.

Copy of academic transcript.
