    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Deliver online lectures and facilitate student engagement in line with module pacers.

    • Manage academic resources, including preparation and updating of materials.

    • Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) while providing timely feedback to students.

    • Prepare assessments in consultation with the Central Academic Team and support students throughout the assessment process.

    • Identify and assist at-risk students through proactive engagement.

    • Monitor student participation and escalate challenges when necessary.

    • Participate in academic meetings and institutional initiatives.

    • Analyse module performance, reflect on teaching effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

    • Complete professional development activities annually to enhance teaching practice and academic growth.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field with specialisation in Business Management (or closely related discipline).

    • 2–3 years lecturing or formal tutoring experience.

    • 1–3 years relevant industry experience (advantageous).

    • Qualification one NQF level higher than the module being taught.

    • Copy of academic transcript.
