The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, achieving financial goals, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience in line with Old Khaki’s brand identity.

Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales budgets to ensure business sustainability.

Manage store financials to maintain profitability.

Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with the Old Khaki brand.

Oversee stock management to minimize loss and ensure product availability.

Deliver outstanding customer service for a superior in-store experience.

Build and manage relationships with both internal and external service providers.

Effectively manage HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and staff development.

Motivate, inspire, and align team members with company culture and values.

Implement company policies and ensure health & safety compliance.
Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Clear criminal record

Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Store Management

At least 8 years of experience in Retail
-
Experience managing a large retail store with a turnover exceeding R20 million per annum
