Tender Description
The South African Social Security Agency invites suitably qualified and registered service providers to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, and installation of security guard houses at its local offices in Bothaville, Smithfield, and Bethlehem.
This project forms part of the agency’s initiative to enhance physical security infrastructure at its service delivery points.
Scope of Work
The scope of the tender includes, but is not limited to:

Supply of security guard houses

Delivery of the guard houses to the specified SASSA local offices

Installation of the guard houses at:

Bothaville Local Office
-
Smithfield Local Office

Bethlehem Local Office

All work must be completed in accordance with the specifications and standards outlined in the official tender documentation.
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum CIDB contractor grading of 1GB

Preference will be given to Grade 1GB contractors

Tenderers must submit bids using the official tender documentation issued
