JOB PURPOSE
To facilitate short-term product and service training programs for in-store staff (FSPs) to improve workplace performance and enhance customer experience. The role involves training delivery, audits, compliance monitoring, and relationship-building within retail environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations
-
Facilitate group training sessions in-store for product/service knowledge

Compile and assist with weekly training reports
-
Oversee data capturing compliance on training tracking systems
-
Conduct store audits to evaluate training effectiveness
-
Identify individual and team improvement areas
Teamwork & Communication

Build strong relationships with store staff and management
-
Conduct knowledge assessments with field staff
-
Provide on-the-job training to new or junior trainers
-
Assist with training logistics (equipment, venues, materials, etc.)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
