    Position Summary:

    The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for PwC employees, clients, and visitors.     Key Responsibilities:

    Front Desk & Communication:

    • Operate the switchboard, transfer calls, and take messages.

    • Perform intercom duties such as staff announcements.

    • Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients, staff, and visitors.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with the booking and management of boardrooms.

    • Provide logistical support for client meetings, training sessions, and events.

    • Receive, log, and dispatch mail and packages efficiently.

    Professional Conduct & Collaboration:

    • Maintain a professional demeanor and manage front-office interactions with discretion.

    • Organize and prioritize tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.

    • Suggest solutions and improvements when opportunities arise.

    • Adapt to changing team or client requirements and maintain a learning mindset.

    Travel Requirements:

    • Up to 20% travel may be required.
