    Job Purpose

    To coordinate and oversee the smooth functioning of the Operations Department by managing a variety of administrative and operational duties including reception, office resources, building maintenance, fleet, courier, and events support.

    Minimum Requirements

    • At least 3 years’ experience in Office Administration

    • Computer literacy (MS Office and admin systems)

    • Valid South African driver’s licence

    • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and under pressure

    Key Responsibilities

    • Reception and switchboard management

    • Fleet control and coordination

    • Oversee building maintenance and office functionality

    • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings

    • Manage internal events and calendar scheduling

    • Supervise external service providers and stakeholders

    • Purchase and control all office consumables

    • Handle courier dispatch and tracking

    • Provide general administrative support to the Operations department
