Role Purpose
This internship offers recent HR graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on practical experience across key areas of human resource management within a national logistics and transport business.
Duties & Responsibilities
As an HR Graduate Intern, you will gain exposure to:
Time and attendance management
Payroll administration
Disciplinary processes and employee relations
Recruitment and selection activities
Drafting employment contracts, UIF documentation, and other HR forms
General HR administration and recordkeeping
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Relevant HR qualification — Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
No prior work experience required (ideal for recent graduates)
Computer literate (MS Office proficiency)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Excellent communication skills and bilingual (advantageous)
Ability to work independently and in a team
