     Role Purpose

    This internship offers recent HR graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on practical experience across key areas of human resource management within a national logistics and transport business.

     Duties & Responsibilities

    As an HR Graduate Intern, you will gain exposure to:

    • Time and attendance management

    • Payroll administration

    • Disciplinary processes and employee relations

    • Recruitment and selection activities

    • Drafting employment contracts, UIF documentation, and other HR forms

    • General HR administration and recordkeeping

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric certificate (Grade 12)

    • Relevant HR qualification — Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology

    • No prior work experience required (ideal for recent graduates)

    • Computer literate (MS Office proficiency)

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport

    • Excellent communication skills and bilingual (advantageous)

    • Ability to work independently and in a team
