    Primary Purpose

    • Manage key accounts and ensure KPIs and customer service levels are met

    • Grow sales in existing and new retail stores

    • Manage expense budgets

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Set annual sales and expense budgets

    • Develop pricing strategy and manage product listings

    • Source products and calculate order quantities for stock cover

    • Coordinate with local production to maintain stock levels and meet launch dates

    • Analyze customer stock and sales reports, and take necessary action

    • Communicate with customer buying, planning, and technology teams

    • Build and maintain relationships with key service providers and clients

    • Manage equipment budget and oversee new equipment design and implementation

    • Communicate supplier details and payments with finance

    • Approve write-offs

    Desired Experience & Qualifications

    • Minimum Grade 12

    • Sales/Marketing degree or related certificate advantageous

    • At least 5 years’ experience as a buyer or Key Account Manager in retail

    • Strong skills in Key Account Management and negotiation

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    • Excellent planning, administration, and time management

    • Strong commercial acumen
