Job Description
TFG is looking for energetic, enthusiastic and hardworking Seasonal Sales Associates to join its Foschini team during the festive shopping season.
The successful candidates will help create an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets and ensuring that merchandise is available and well-presented in the store.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for retail and fashion, and can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Representing the Foschini brand and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for customers.
Exceeding customer expectations by identifying their needs and providing suitable product solutions.
Monitoring sales performance and working towards achieving sales targets.
Selling a diverse range of products.
Keeping up to date with the latest fashion and décor trends.
Identifying opportunities to generate additional sales.
Ensuring merchandise is replenished timeously.
Maintaining a store environment that is consistently ready to serve customers.
Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing excellent service.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a retail environment.
Matric certificate (advantageous).
Skills and Competencies:
Positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
Must be a South African citizen.
Excellent communication and selling skills.
Passion for retail and fashion (advantageous).
Strong sales drive and customer-focused approach.
Good work ethic and reliability.
Ability to take initiative and deliver results.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Good customer service skills, including handling customer queries and complaints.
Willingness to work retail hours.
Must have reliable transport.
Must be available to start immediately.
