    You’ll be a business banker, helping companies grow while also growing the bank’s profits.

     Key Responsibilities

     Client Portfolio Management

    • Manage a portfolio of business clients
    • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
    • Conduct regular client visits

     Sales & Growth

    • Bring in new business clients
    • Cross-sell banking products to existing clients
    • Grow the profitability of your portfolio

     Risk & Compliance

    • Ensure all clients meet banking regulations
    • Assess and manage financial risk
    • Follow internal policies and procedures

     Collaboration & Strategy

    • Work with internal teams to improve services
    • Contribute ideas for product improvements
    • Support a high-performance team environment

     Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in:
      • Business
      • Commerce
      • Management
