Project Overview
South African National Parks (SANParks) invites suitably qualified service providers to supply and deliver a complete chess board game set to Golden Gate Highlands National Park. The purpose of this procurement is to enhance the park’s recreational facilities by providing a durable, high-quality chess set that meets defined technical specifications and quality standards.
Detailed Scope of Work
1. Supply of Chess Board Game
The service provider must supply one complete chess board game set, which includes:

A chess board with specified dimensions.

A full set of chess pieces (King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Rook, and Pawn).

Two (2) storage bags for safe keeping of the pieces.
2. Materials and Craftsmanship

All chess pieces must be manufactured from polyethylene and recycled plastic.

The set must be durable, weather-resistant, and suitable for recreational use.

Craftsmanship must meet SANParks quality and durability expectations.
3. Delivery

Deliver the complete chess board game set to Golden Gate Highlands National Park, Clarens, Free State.

Delivery must be completed within the agreed timeframe as stipulated in the RFQ documentation.

The service provider is responsible for all logistics, packaging, and transportation costs.
