    As a Branch Service Official, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely banking services at the first point of customer contact. This role focuses on processing transactions, updating customer information, and supporting fraud prevention efforts in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver customer service at the first point of contact

    • Capture all financial transactions on the bank system and ensure proper authorisation

    • Identify and report potential fraudulent or suspicious transactions

    • Update customer demographic data such as address and name changes, and standing order instructions

    Qualifications:

    • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
