     Tender Overview

    PURCOSA invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, and maintenance of telephones for Goldfields TVET College over a period of three years.

    The objective of the tender is to ensure that the College has reliable, modern, and well-maintained telecommunication equipment to support administrative, academic, and operational communication needs.

    The appointed service provider will be responsible for supplying suitable telephony equipment and providing ongoing maintenance and technical support throughout the contract period.

     Tender Description

    The successful bidder will provide a comprehensive telephony solution that includes:

     1. Supply

    • Provision of telephones as specified in the tender documents

    • Equipment suitable for institutional and office communication needs

    • Compliance with ICT and telecommunications standards

     2. Delivery & Installation

    • Delivery of telephones to designated college campuses/locations

    • Proper installation and configuration

    • Testing to ensure operational functionality

     3. Maintenance & Support (3 Years)

    • Preventative maintenance

    • Corrective maintenance and fault resolution

    • Technical support services

    • Replacement of faulty units where required

    • Ongoing system reliability and performance assurance

     Technical Requirements

    While full specifications are contained in the tender documents, bidders must generally demonstrate:

    • Provision of telephones suitable for VoIP, IP PBX, SIP, or related telephony systems (if required)

    • Reliable installation and commissioning

    • Ability to provide service level agreements (SLAs)

     Skills & Experience Requirements

    Bidders should demonstrate:
