Tender Overview
Masilonyana Local Municipality invites qualified service providers to bid for the supply, delivery, and installation of a Raw Water Horizontal Split Case Multistage Pump B at Pump Station B.
The purpose of this project is to improve the reliability and efficiency of raw water abstraction and supply between Theunissen and Brandfort. The municipality seeks to ensure continuous and effective water service delivery through the installation of a compliant, properly commissioned pump system.
The project forms part of infrastructure maintenance and water services enhancement within the municipality.
Tender Description
The successful bidder will be responsible for the full turnkey delivery of the pump system, including:
Supply

Provision of a Raw Water Horizontal Split Case Multistage Pump

Pump must be suitable for raw water applications

Must comply with relevant engineering standards and municipal specifications
Delivery
-
Transportation of the pump to Pump Station B
-
Safe handling and offloading at the designated municipal site
Installation & Commissioning

Mechanical installation of the pump
-
Alignment and integration into the existing system

Testing and commissioning to ensure operational efficiency

Ensuring the pump meets performance and operational standards
Documentation & Compliance Requirements

Valid SARS Tax Status PIN (including JV partners if applicable)
