Job Description:
The Dispatch Controller ensures smooth dispatch operations by handling invoicing, stock checks, and logistics documentation. The role also requires attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Invoicing sales orders
-
Creating purchase orders
-
Completing GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers)

Filing and record-keeping
-
Dispatch coordination and stock checking before vehicle exit

Monthly stock takes
-
Occasional overtime work
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literate – especially Excel
- Sage software knowledge (advantageous)
- Experience in logistics (advantageous)
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail
- Problem solver, critical thinker
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible with working hours
- Honest, reliable, and presentable
Working Hours:

Shift 1: 07:00 – 17:00 (Mon–Fri)

Shift 2: 12:00 – 22:00 (Mon–Fri)

Every second Saturday: 08:00 – 14:30

Overtime as required
