Job Overview:
PepsiCo South Africa is looking to appoint three (3) General Clerks at the Bloemfontein Bakery. The successful candidates will be responsible for varied general clerical tasks, including documentation, reconciliations, payroll submissions, travel coordination, and processing orders. This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a wide range of administrative support duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform full clerical functions (general administration) – not in a specialist role.

Verify inter-company debits and account allocations.
-
Park journals and account for pre-paid items, accruals, and miscellaneous bank items.

Process and verify time sheets, check variances, and submit payroll-related information.

Maintain personnel administration records, including provident fund details.

Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, external venues, and catering.

Process expense claims, prepare presentations, and type general correspondence.

Compile and submit monthly administrative reports.

Perform daily driver reconciliations.

Follow up on and process outstanding invoices.

Take customer orders and handle queries professionally.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum of 3 years of relevant clerical or administrative experience

Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, Excel essential)
