This role is built exclusively for a true new business hunter—a sales professional who thrives on cold calling, securing new clients, and driving aggressive revenue growth. There is no account management, no call center work, and no remote component—this is a pure field-sales position focused on face-to-face selling and high-impact prospecting.

    The ideal candidate is a self-motivated closer with outstanding communication skills, strong market awareness, and a relentless desire to outperform sales targets. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where independence, resilience, and strong B2B selling capabilities are essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Aggressively prospect and secure new business through in-person cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.

    • Present, pitch, and close deals with confidence and strategic precision.

    • Meet and exceed high-performance sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth.

    • Identify and leverage market trends to uncover new opportunities.

    • Work autonomously, managing your own pipeline, schedule, and territory.

    • Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring effective tracking of leads, activities, and sales progress.

    Minimum Requirements

    • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, specifically with in-person cold calling.

    • Proven track record in securing new business (not account management).

    • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (travel is required).

    • Background in call centers, account management, or remote sales will not be considered.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline and activity management.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
