    Purpose of the Role:

    The Luminate Store Replenishment Analyst supports store operations by ensuring accurate store orders, maintaining optimal stock availability, and resolving inventory-related queries. The role also involves managing relationships with store managers and suppliers, tracking and analyzing stock data, and providing feedback to the replenishment function.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain store replenishment parameters to create accurate store orders.

    • Support store operations with inventory queries and stock-related issues.

    • Track, analyze, and report stock levels, including number of days reports.

    • Assist the replenishment function with planning and operational support.

    • Monitor and ensure stock availability to meet customer expectations.

    • Analyze stock levels and support compliance assurance initiatives.

    • Manage relationships with store managers and suppliers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Knowledge of supply chain support functions.

    • Understanding of the 4 P’s model.

    • FMCG/perishables stock handling principles.

    • Ability to work in a pressurized environment.

    • Analytical skills for data tracking and stock reporting.

    Key Competencies:

    • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock and order management.

    • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

    • Ability to support operational and strategic replenishment objectives.
