    Role Overview

    Support and grow the installer network by providing technical guidance, promoting product adoption, and driving sales within the Bloemfontein territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support installers in promoting the full product range

    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

    • Conduct site visits for installation support and troubleshooting

    • Deliver product training and raise field awareness

    • Record all interactions in CRM and provide market insights

    • Monitor competitors and report trends

    Requirements

    • 3+ years technical sales or field support experience (access automation or electronic security preferred)

    • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

    • Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote territory

    • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (petrol reimbursed)

    • Matric or equivalent; Technical Diploma/N4 Electrical/Electronic Engineering is advantageous

    • Experience with access automation products is a plus
