Role Overview
Support and grow the installer network by providing technical guidance, promoting product adoption, and driving sales within the Bloemfontein territory.
Key Responsibilities

Support installers in promoting the full product range

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Conduct site visits for installation support and troubleshooting

Deliver product training and raise field awareness

Record all interactions in CRM and provide market insights

Monitor competitors and report trends
Requirements
-
3+ years technical sales or field support experience (access automation or electronic security preferred)
-
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
-
Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote territory

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (petrol reimbursed)

Matric or equivalent; Technical Diploma/N4 Electrical/Electronic Engineering is advantageous

Experience with access automation products is a plus
