     What This Tender Really Is

This is a specialist consulting role, not a construction tender.

     Ideal for:

    • Engineering/safety firms

     Not suitable for:

    • General contractors without safety certification
    • Small businesses without registered professionals

     Opportunity Insight

    • Good entry if you’re in professional services / compliance
    • Can lead to long-term government contracts

     Important Tips

    • Your registration (SACPCMP) is critical → no registration = no chance
    • Emphasize:
      • Past projects (especially government)
      • Certifications & team qualifications
      • Strong methodology for safety management
    • Prepare a solid technical proposal, not just pricing
