Objective
To appoint a service provider to conduct deep cleaning and pest control services at the National Lotteries Commission (NLC) Free State Office to ensure a clean, hygienic, and pest-free working environment.
Scope of Work
Deep Cleaning Services

Carpet cleaning:

Small boardroom (22.68 m²)

Large boardroom (46.08 m²)

Cleaning of:

7 urinals
-
7 basins

1 kitchen sink

Deep cleaning of bathroom and kitchen areas

Removal of stains and bacteria using hot water and disinfectant

Deep cleaning of ceramic tiles (non-abrasive methods only)
Pest Control Services

Treatment of entire office area (± 589 m²)

Internal and external pest control application

Use of environmentally safe and human-safe chemicals
Technical Requirements

Use disinfectant solutions and hot water where applicable

Apply pest control chemicals compliant with safety standards

Avoid abrasive cleaners on tile surfaces

Submit completion report to NLC Free State Provincial Office
