Tender Objective
The objective of this tender is to appoint suitably qualified Internal Auditors to provide internal audit services to Maluti TVET College for a period of three (3) years / 36 months. The appointment aims to strengthen internal controls, governance, risk management, and compliance within the institution.
Scope of Work
The scope of the tender includes, but is not limited to:

Provision of internal audit services for a three-year contract period

Evaluation of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes

Conducting financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits

Preparation and submission of audit reports with findings and recommendations

Engagement with College management and relevant stakeholders throughout the contract term
Technical & Administrative Requirements

Provision of suitably qualified and experienced internal audit professionals

Compliance with the College’s internal audit standards and policies

Ability to conduct comprehensive audits across multiple functional areas

Timely submission of audit reports and audit findings

Full compliance with Maluti TVET College procurement policies
Skills & Qualification Requirements

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CIA, CA(SA), or equivalent)

Proven internal auditing experience, preferably within the education sector or similar institutions

Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management
-
Excellent report-writing and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with institutional stakeholders
