    Purpose of the Role

    To convert in-store visitors into paying customers by delivering an engaging and helpful experience. You’ll drive sales through product knowledge, excellent service, order processing, and customer support — all while maintaining high store standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver a positive and engaging in-store sales and service experience

    • Manage the full customer journey (account opening, order capture, etc.)

    • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and advise on pricing and promotions

    • Consistently provide exceptional customer service

    • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the store

    • Identify and report improvement areas (WFS feedback)

    • Manage stock levels and perform regular checks

    • Complete all administrative and reporting duties accurately

    Requirements

    Requirement Details
    Education Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
    Experience Minimum 1 year in retail
    Availability Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
    Advantageous Experience in homeware retail (not required but a plus)
