Project Overview
Maluti-a-Phofung Water (SOC) Ltd seeks a qualified supplier to supply and deliver electro-mechanical materials and related components required for water treatment and distribution operations. This procurement forms part of the organisation’s operational support and maintenance programme to ensure uninterrupted water service delivery.
Detailed Scope of Work
1. Supply of Electro-Mechanical Materials
The successful bidder will supply various electro-mechanical components required for maintenance and repair of water treatment systems. This may include (but is not limited to):

Electrical and mechanical tools

Power tools
-
Pumps spares and components
-
Motor parts
-
Switchgear components
-
Sensors and control devices
-
Bearings, belts, seals, and fittings
(Exact items and quantities are specified in the RFQ document.)
2. Delivery

Deliver all materials to Maluti-a-Phofung Water, Phuthaditjhaba.

The supplier is responsible for packaging, transportation, and off-loading.

Delivery must comply with the stipulated timelines and conditions in the RFQ.
3. Compliance and Documentation

Supply all materials with proper product specification sheets and certification where applicable.

Ensure compliance with all technical and administrative requirements in the RFQ.

Provide valid documentation for tax compliance, CSD registration, and B-BBEE certification.
Technical Requirements

Supplier must provide the exact electro-mechanical materials listed in the RFQ.

Materials must be suitable for use in water treatment plants and pumping systems.

Items must comply with relevant industry standards and quality requirements.

Supplier must be able to deliver within the stipulated timeframe.
