Objective
To appoint a panel of qualified service providers to perform operations and maintenance services for all sewer pump stations within Kopanong Local Municipality on an as-and-when-required basis over a period of 36 months.
Scope of Work
The appointed service providers will be responsible for:

Operation and monitoring of sewer pump stations

Routine and preventative maintenance

Emergency fault response and repairs
-
Ensuring optimal functionality and reliability
-
Compliance with applicable technical standards and municipal regulations

Supplying required tools, equipment, and personnel
Technical Requirements

Provision of operational services including monitoring and control

Regular servicing to prevent equipment failure

Prompt emergency response capability

Compliance with safety, environmental, and municipal regulations

Adequate operational resources and equipment
Skills & Capacity Requirements

Qualified technical personnel with sewer pump station experience

Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations

Ability to respond effectively to operational emergencies

Strong communication and reporting skills

Proven capacity to provide reliable maintenance services throughout the contract period
