Supply & Delivery:
- Submersible borehole pumps & motors:
  - 4 × 400V AC (3-phase), 3 kW, 200m head
  - 4 × 400V AC (3-phase), 5.5 kW, 200m head
  - 2 × 240V AC (single-phase), 1.1 kW, 100m head
- Control boxes: 4 × 3-phase, 4 × 240V AC
Additional Services: Installation, repair, and construction of associated infrastructure as per tender specs
Delivery to Maluti-a-Phofung Water offices and treatment plants within the Free State

Bidders must demonstrate:

Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) with valid summary report
Tax compliance with valid PIN & municipal rates clearance (≤3 months arrears)
CIDB grading of 1 GB or higher, registered/renewed within last 3 years
Capability to supply and install pumps, motors, and control boxes according to technical specs
Experience in borehole pump installation and maintenance
Provision of after-sales support and repair services
Personnel with technical expertise to complete work within contract period
Submission of B-BBEE certification and CIDB certificate
