Job Purpose
To provide internal IT support and oversee systems development, ensuring the company’s technology infrastructure operates efficiently, securely, and reliably at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Set up hardware and install, configure, and maintain software and drivers.

Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot IT equipment including computers, routers, and peripheral devices.

Install, configure, and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IP configurations.

Implement and manage IT security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats.

Perform regular system and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose system failures and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.

Plan and conduct maintenance sessions to identify inefficiencies and prevent future issues.

Keep accurate records of repairs, upgrades, and technical fixes.

Provide timely technical support to staff and educate users on effective computer usage.

Experience & Education Requirements

Qualification in an IT-related field (required).

Proven knowledge and experience with LAN/WAN networks.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT Technician role.
