    Position Summary:

    Bestbier South Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day financial administration, data capturing, reconciliations, and general accounting support. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance within a supportive and growing business environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Capture and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

    • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

    • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

    • Support the preparation of financial reports.

    • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments and queries.

    • Perform general administrative and office duties as required.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of Grade 12.

    • 2–3 years relevant experience in accounting/finance, or currently studying part-time in the field.

    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial administration.

    • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel; basic accounting software experience advantageous.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.

    • Language: Afrikaans and English (required).

    • Ability to work 07:00 to 17:00.
