Position Summary:
Bestbier South Africa is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day financial administration, data capturing, reconciliations, and general accounting support. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance within a supportive and growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

Support the preparation of financial reports.

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments and queries.

Perform general administrative and office duties as required.
Requirements:

Minimum of Grade 12.

2–3 years relevant experience in accounting/finance, or currently studying part-time in the field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial administration.

Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel; basic accounting software experience advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.

Language: Afrikaans and English (required).

Ability to work 07:00 to 17:00.
