Role Overview
This is a self-employed field agent position within the debt collection industry. You’ll be responsible for visiting clients with overdue accounts and arranging payment solutions.
It’s ideal for someone self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven. You’ll be paid based on performance (commission only) — the more you collect, the more you earn.
Compensation

Commission-based income:

R10,000 – R20,000 per month (realistic range)

Potential to earn more than R20,000/month depending on performance

Covers 2x your annual commission earnings, capped at R86,000

Responsibilities

Visit clients with overdue accounts

Negotiate and arrange realistic repayment plans

Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Represent DMC professionally in the field
